- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Please note: shipping fees (if any) paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
